Do you remember when you could get an appointment with your doctor?
And they had time to fully evaluate you?
And listen to you?
Here’s a secret - doctors WANT to spend time with you! We didn’t go to medical school to fill out paperwork or fight third parties to navigate your care.
We want to help you. We want you to heal, grow and be successful.
Medicine doesn’t have to be volume, metric or savings driven.
We can do better.
This is the premise behind Direct Primary Care (DPC) and the foundation on which Connected Family Medicine is based.
Here’s the gist - we don’t accept insurance. As a result you save time, money and frustration. We love it. Our patients love it. We think you will too!

We're a Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice. DPC is a unique approach to healthcare delivery. So, how is it different?
Did you know most Primary Care Providers have between 2,500-3,500 patients?
We limit our practice to < 800 patients total.
This means your doctor spends more time with you when you need it...
and doesn't waste your time making you come in for metrics and checks when you don't.
Plus, when not seeing patients, we can coordinate your care and research your treatments so you get the most cutting edge care possible!
Connected Family Medicine does NOT bill insurance plans.
Decisions about your healthcare are made by you and your doctor. No middle-men. The way it used to be.
Instead patients pay a monthly membership fee which actually SAVES money and covers most primary care concerns.
No co-pays. No missed appointment fees. No finding out AFTER your evaluation your care wasn't covered.
And no more "paperwork completion" charges!
